Terms of participation

Release candidate policy, 29 September 2026. Before commercial launch, the operator must complete the operator details below and review these terms for the countries served. Paid features remain closed until configured.

Independent community

Elon Musk Coin (EMC) is an independent fan project on TON. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Elon Musk, Tesla, SpaceX or Telegram. Participation grants no ownership in those companies, no dividends and no right to a guaranteed token price or repurchase.

Eligibility and conduct

Commercial participation is intended for adults aged 18 or older where lawful. Availability is not a representation that the service or every feature is permitted in every jurisdiction. Use one account per person. Do not automate reward farming, impersonate others, exploit the service, create referral rings or spam invitations. Suspected abuse may be held for review with a support route for appeal.

Finite rewards

The distribution budget is 32,700,000 existing EMC, including referral rewards. This is game-based distribution, not blockchain validation or new minting. The operator states that token mint authority has been removed; deployment must verify the token configuration.

Era boundaries are 10,000,000; 15,000,000; 20,000,000; 25,000,000; 30,000,000; and 32,700,000 total EMC allocated. Personal mining rates and global ceilings halve at each boundary. The Era 1 free ceiling is 3 EMC per 24 active hours. A basic active period lasts 4 hours and is refreshed by a successful mission.

Every full active minute is settled on the server. Ninety percent of each era's minute budget is reserved for mining; ten percent for referrals. Within the mining budget, eligible nominal rewards are allocated proportionally if demand exceeds supply. The initial combined daily ceiling is 50,000 EMC, halved with each era. Unused budgets are not accumulated for a later burst. Server outages do not automatically create retrospective rewards. Amounts below integer accounting precision may be rounded down.

Before confirmation, a rate is an estimate and a ceiling, not a debt for a fixed token quantity. Already confirmed balances are not erased by missing a day or by a halving. The reserve may be exhausted; after this point no more EMC rewards are allocated. XP has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.

Referral rewards

A qualifying invitee must be new, join through your invitation, verify a wallet not previously registered to another player, complete missions on three UTC dates and be at least 72 hours old. The initial maximum is 1 EMC. It halves by era and is divided by 1 + floor(qualified players / 10,000), with the community divisor capped at 16. The lower of the qualification-time and settlement-time reward applies. Referral spending has a lifetime sub-limit of 1,635,000 EMC inside the main reserve. Up to ten referrals per inviter may be paid per UTC day. Budget limits may delay or prevent pending awards. No purchase is required and no reward is paid on another user's purchases.

Optional equipment

Engines last 24 hours from verified payment and do not stack. They change nominal rate and active-session length, not the reserve or a guaranteed payout. They are gaming services, not investments. A price in native coin, USDT or Stars is an independent fixed quote for that method; no equivalence between payment methods is promised. Review the amount, network, destination and duration before confirming. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Withdrawals and fees

Confirmed EMC may be requested for withdrawal when withdrawals are open, within displayed limits. The amount is reserved while delivery is processed. The connected wallet must be verified. Processing requires a separately disclosed fixed native-coin fee, plus any fee your wallet charges for submitting that payment. The fixed fee covers network execution and operations and is not represented as exact gas used.

Delivery is completed only after the recipient's jetton transaction is verified. Requests with ambiguous network status may require manual investigation. An unpaid request can be cancelled; a fee that arrives after cancellation must be reported for return. Do not make a second payment to fix a pending request without contacting support.

Service issues and refunds

Contact support with the order or withdrawal ID. Paid but undelivered, duplicate, late or failed transactions are investigated. Refunds must follow applicable rights and the payment platform's rules. Stars refunds are processed through Telegram's payment mechanism; supported crypto refunds are reviewed and returned manually to the verified payer, with any unavoidable network deduction disclosed and agreed. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights. No purchase is required to release a legitimate refund.

Risk and changes

EMC may have no market, liquidity or resale value. Price may fall to zero. More players or less distribution do not guarantee price appreciation. The operator can pause new allocations or payments for security reasons, but must preserve records and explain material changes. Existing purchase terms and confirmed balances cannot be silently rewritten by a future configuration update.
